Where is my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number sent to your email after shipping. If you haven't received tracking details, contact us with your order number.

When will my pre-order item ship?

Pre-order items ship once officially released and in stock. Release dates may change, but we'll send updates and tracking once your item ships.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
